8.3. Promised payment

 
When an account gets blocked or the date of blocking of services approaches, you can activate the “Promised payment” function in your personal account.
To do this, you need to go to the “Personal Account Funds” section and click on the “Promised payment” tab.
 
 
Services will be unblocked for 7 calendar days so that you have time to replenish your balance.
 
Reactivation of the “Promised Payment” is available only after the existing debt has been fully repaid.
