General backup opportunities

Backup copying. Daily backup.

For all virtual machines that were created within our platform there is an additional service available. It involves an opportunity to connect backup copying with the storage depth of 2, 7, 14, 30 days. This procedure is normally performed during night time with the help of the program product System Center Data Protection Manager 2019.

If necessary, it is possible to restore both the entire VM and individual directories and files from the existing backup copies. Connecting and disconnecting the mentioned service and restoring the entire VM is automated and is performed in the section "Backup management" in the control panel of the personal account. Restoring individual directories and files from the VM backup copies is performed by applying to the Cloudsy technical support service.
